While we take every effort to ensure that printed images reflect what you see on your screen, please note that colours, brightness, and contrast may vary depending on your device’s screen settings and the printing process.
Resolution & Detail
Images are printed at the highest possible quality. Minor differences in sharpness or detail may occur due to the nature of print media compared to digital displays.
Proofing
For large or high-value print orders, we can provide a digital proof upon request. This helps you review the image before final printing.
Customisation Requests
If you request colour correction, cropping, or other adjustments, please ensure you approve the final version before printing. SDPhotographybute is not responsible for errors or preferences not communicated prior to printing.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of photographic prints, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for differences in colour or appearance once the order is completed, unless there is a physical defect with the product due to damage.
Dispatch - Due to printing timescales and family life orders may take longer to despatch. Please bear in mind this is a hobby and will endevour to despatch as quickly possible. All items are made to order by local supplier. The timeframes may vary depending various factors.
